The Development…

Step outside to delight in the spacious balconies and terraces overlooking your own large private pool and Garden of Eden.
The 26 villas are within a boutique community with 24 hour security and concierge. Most have stunning sea views and are approximately 1km from the golden beach of Sarigerme. The setting is spectacular — surrounded by green countryside and mountains.
Construction…
Each villa will be built to a very high standard of construction and finish, and come with a 1 year minor defects and 5 years structural defects warranty. Sales for this project commences October 2013. Construction will be completed within 15 months.
What is special about Sarigerme…
Aside from the views, proximity to the beach, the airport, leisure facilities such as golf and the new marina under construction, Sarigerme is sandwiched between the world famous Göcek Marina and the equally world famous Dalyan beach where thousands of turtles each year hatch as regular as clockwork.
This is where the Lycian Way begins; an extraordinarily beautiful long and arduous walk between Dalyan and Antalya taking in some of the most exquisite scenery in the world. The Sunday Times describes the Lycian Way as in the top ten of the world’s best coastal walks.

Current pricing is competitive. When you factor in the specification, location and architecture, the prices become low. This makes high capital appreciation a near certainty.
We have just increased the specification without yet increasing prices.

Why Invest in Turkey…
“If you want to invest in property in a country where prices are rising steadily (around 12% a year currently) with no ceiling in sight, Turkey is regarded as one of the most secure, high growth locations in the world in which to do it.”
- Turkey is one of the 3 fastest growing economies in the world. It also has one of the lowest levels of per capita indebtedness. Demand for property come from many regions of the world. With such meteoric growth, Turkish people are also rapidly becoming second home owners. All in all, given the proximity, and importance, to Turkey of Europe, Turkey is arguably the safest of all the high-growth regions in which to invest in property.
- In 2012 Turkey changed its laws enabling people from more countries to buy and own property in Turkey
- Also in 2012, Turkey changed its residency laws to enable foreigners to renew their residency permits every 12 months instead of 3 months
- Turkey’s geographical position and stable democratic government has led to wealthy foreigners from all over the Middle East and Russia to buy property there.
- Turkey prides itself in being a secular and democratic society, and as the world witnessed during the recent riots over the development of Gezi Park in Taxim Square, Istanbul, the people hold considerable sway over the government. The people said no to giving up the green space of Gezi Park to further development and no to Islamification. The government resisted at first, then listened and gave way.
- Turkey has democratised air travel enabling low cost airlines, such as Pegasus, to compete with the Turkish Airlines, the national carrier. This has lowered the cost of internal flights to the extent that 40% of flights now cost under $25. This policy is being applied across all industries
- With the new Istanbul Bourse, Istanbul is set to become one of the major financial hubs of the world
- Energy: with 3 coastlines, vast mountains and a huge supply of water, Turkey is expanding its hydro-electric facilities in order to ensure sufficient energy to fuel its rapid industrial growth
Turkey is on a firm democratic path of delivering on promises.
Muhtar Kent, Turkish Chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola, recently said “It is notoriously easier to achieve success than maintain it; the challenge for Turkey going forward is to keep building on its success and make sure it is sustainable”.
‘A Brand is a Promise; a Good Brand is a Promise Kept’. Muhtar Kent
A brief description of Lycia
(Brewster 1993:57) No territory of Anatolia, no autochthonous region of Asia Minor apart from the Troad, was so closely connected with Greece in mythology as Lycia. Its magnificent scenery, with mountains rising to heights of over 10,000 feet, with its lakes, woods and forests, its rocky coast indented with creeks and sprinkled with islands, its superb ruins of two dozen cities, could hardly reflect more splendidly, even today, the ancient link that held them together.
Lycia came to occupy most of the Teke Peninsula at the southwest corner of Anatolia, roughly defined as the area of Turkey lying south of a line drawn from Dalyan to Antalya. Its nature is lush, it is densely-forested and the landscape is mountainous and very dramatic.
